Design and build project for a car parking facility comprising 264 parking slots over a total area of 12,500 square meters. The scope of work included complete hardscape finishes such as curbs, interlocking pavers, wheel stoppers, and asphalt pavement. Additionally, a fire fighting system and perimeter pole lighting were installed to ensure the parking lot is operational and safe at all times.
For enhanced security and controlled access, the parking area was equipped with CCTV surveillance and automated boom arm gates with remote control functionality.
This parking facility was specifically designed to serve the employees and visitors of the Cargo Yard at King Khalid International Airport (KKIA).
